一、项目建设单位基本情况

物流集团有限公司总部设在市河西新城区,是一家以低温仓储为特色、以食品物流为主营业务、兼营配送、加工业务的现代化股份制集团物流公司。公司注册资本1.2亿人民币。由集团前总裁X先生、株式会社等实力股东共同出资组建,具有强大的资金背景和技术优势。

1、公司宗旨及目标:

公司的经营目标是建立现代化的第三方物流体系,打造覆盖全国的物流网络,并建立电子商务交易系统,构织连接食品物流上下游的交易平台;服务宗旨是开发具有创意性和获利性的经营模式,在充分发挥公司的专业技术优势和规模优势的基础上,协同经营、管理、人才、品牌、信息等诸多因素,以快速周到、价格合理的服务来满足客户的需求。

2、经营原则及范围

公司将实行标准化经营,通过贮备外部物流资源,构建覆盖全国的物流网络,提供跨地区的综合物流服务。

服务经营范围:

1)提供货物搬运、仓储服务;

2)提供第三方物流服务;

3)提供物流电子商务平台;

4)提供物流系统及物流方案设计;

3、公司发展规划

1)发展战略

公司的首要目标是满足城市的功能服务配套,建立城际销售网络和交易平台;通过建立全国的物流体系形成集聚效应和规模优势,提高企业的竞争力;最后通过建立电子商务平台,提供网上订单服务,利用信息化手段有效的整合内外物流资源。

公司将采取标准化的管理,利用ERP系统对发货运输计划和仓储计划进行集成管理,支持库存补货计划自动化,同时可根据不同的发货计划制定运输计划,实现系统接口的有效连接。由于在物流业务中,零担占很大部分,属小批量,配货工作量大并对配送的要求很高,公司将通过网上订单,利用快速高效的反应来吸引客户,为其提供订货和配送服务,快速渗透高端物流销售市场。

公司未来的发展目标是成为集第三方物流和第四方物流为一体的该冷链物流行业标准的制定企业。利用公司自身的技术优势、管理优势、资金优势和规模优势,建立一体化的食品供应链来满足市场的需要并提供所需的服务,同时保持效益的持续增长,使公司最终发展成为辐射全国的农副产品冷链物流骨干企业。
